You're not wrong in the contemoprary context, but more accurately it's 
one who is, lives like, or behaves like a pig. I think it says "a 
slovenly woman" in the dictionary. "Tramp" would be a more accurate word 
for your definition, and I think is even defined as being a felatrix.
