why does the frequency of hearing a fire engine's siren depend on the frequency
of fires?

that echo has a limited horizon... it is not the ones that have and can do
UTF-8 that are being tested...

why is there not a huge radio and TV broadcast about fire engines before they
leave the fire station to go deal with fires?

RM> Also I would assume that such a test will not deliver much news.

that's up to the one running the test and collecting the results...

the tosser are not in question...

it isn't just editors in question... apparently you haven't been following
maurice and mikey for very long... some of us have been following them for
decades ;)
