What Robert said speaks to Ward's argument that the ZCC vote was
invalid because he, the IC, did not call for it. His argument is
wrong -- and had it had been accepted back then, his election to IC
would have been invalid because the IC (i.e. Bob Satti) did not call
for the election.
Bottom line -- Ward was voted out by exactly the same procedure that
he used to get voted in. It was according to P4 then and it was
according to P4 now. No difference of substance.
