It has to do with the 0xc4 character which in latin1 is the Ä character.  This
particular character doesn't exist in English so Swedish proverbs starting with
Ä were chosen instead and a queue of them was generated for Little Mikey to
post every time Digital Distortions posted it's ascii art, which really wasn't
ascii art given the non-ascii character 0xc4 which is an 8 bit character
instead of 7 bit which all ascii characters are.  However Digital Distortions
quit posting before the queue was emptied so it got deleted.  Also Little Mikey
isn't a 'he' it is an 'it' instead.  As far as I know computers don't have
genders.
