A BBS doesn't have to be entirely dedicated to the topics at hand,
which include the ones you have referenced, as well as legal files
that may prove helpful; it simply needs to have a substantial vein of
such information available.

Some people along the way still use antiquated software, such that
the similarity creates a problem.  At least one such antiquated node
exists somewhere in the path between my node and Bob Hirschfeld's,
hence I need to chop longer messages, such as articles and syllabi,
into smaller pieces, under 8K.  Pure laziness is what accounts for
this.
