Talk seems to be increasing of a possible Clinton resignation if the
current allegations surrounding his sex scandal prove true.
My question is this: if there is strong evidence that he is guilty of
obstruction of justice, witness tampering, suborning of perjury, etc.,
and does in fact resign.... are those charges for which he could be
prosecuted criminally after he leaves office?
(My opinion is that the guy is a sexual predator, a pathological liar, a
crook, and should be behind bars).
This also raises in my mind that if he were to resign whether Gore would
pardon him, as Gerald Ford did for Nixon following his resignation.
Interesting points to ponder.
