They do, Just buy the tires that match the surface you want to run on. You
can pin (imitation spikes) a set for hard ice, run mud on snow. I ran on my
outside track for a few winters and will again if My kids ever decide to be
interested again. We build tracks of snow and ice that I could only dream of
in summer. Ice is far cheaper than concrete and easier to workwith. Can
even run the track from inside the house but its a real pain because you have
to rescue alot more stranded vehicles in the snow.
