I'm using Word 7, and when I start the program, either from the Office 
toolbar or 
from the program icon on the Start menu, it always starts minimized. The 
program 
launches and then shows up only as a button on the taskbar. I can maximize it 
(but not restore it) from the taskbar button, but would prefer it just to 
start 
normally, as do all my other Office 95 programs. 
Anyone have a fix for this problem? Other than to buy Office 97?
