I was born on October 7, 1954 in Spokane Washington and adopted on Oct. 12 of 
that year.  The court indicated that the adoption was sealed because of some 
sort of legal action because of problems with adopted people contacting birth 
parents and creating trouble.
The court papers list my birth mother as "Lucy or Lucille" and have no record 
of my birht father.  My father said that her last name at the time of my 
birht was "Price" and that she requested that my adoptive parents be the ones 
who adopt me.
Any assistance in locating my birth mother or assistance on how to search or 
records to look for will be greatly appreciated.
