The installation part shouldn't be too bad, but supporting a product with
which very few people have much hands-on experience might be a bit of a
worry.  You have my sympathies nonetheless.

Depends quite a lot on their mainstream apps though.  If, like most
corporate sites, they have a large investment in MS or Winapps, Win95 might
actually be the logical way to go.  It pains me to say so though.  :)
