No.  I'm guessing pilmyeni, bilyashi or excellent Russian black, or
possibly the very sour "Orlovski" breads.  Come to think of it,
it might have been the unflavored kefir which was a morning staple and ever
since I like unflavored kefir and yogurt.

On the other hand, I wouldn't eat cabbage for two years after I got back.
