Caramba, It's going to be tricky getting down to only 8 chars. Does that
_include_ the filename as well? I hope not. I suppose that I could rename the
file and put a copy somewhere else. What a nuisance. I really do try quite hard
to keep a decent hierarchical structure on my HDs despite Windows' best
efforts. Thanks for the tip, I'll see what I can try out.
