Thanks for the advice, Mike. I usually carry a folding cane on planes but
on this occassion I'd left it at home. At that time, I hated even being
seen with a cane and I still do at times. NOw, I only carry one if I know
I'm going to be by myself or if I *KNOW* people are used to seeing me with
it.
With certain hobbies I have it is better for me to hide my blindness as
best I can, otherwise I can'te participate.
