Chuckle. Motorola has had their "secure" modes for years. It may
have just been recently made available to you on the new MSP system,
but the capability was there since day one.

Your agency has some really good radio techs. I have been to
school with a number of them, down in Schaumberg, and they
seem to be a great bunch. They really do want to make the
system work.

Heck, the majority of the protocol is public information, available
from Motorola. The software keys, however, make it special!
