Here's a current list of CPU Prices.  Prices have just dropped, most
noteably is the P5-133 chip.  The 100s are starting to thin out, and should
be extinct very soon.  I can get them now, but there's no guarantee how
long...

Acer P5 430HX Chipset  $ 150
ASUS P5 motherboard    $ 165
Both motherboards can take a P5-100 to a P5-200 cpu chip with a jumper
change.  Both have built in EIDE, serial, and parallel.  They both have 4
PCI slots and 3 ISA slots.  Both utilize the "TritonII" chipset, but it's
called 430HX because they're not Intel motherboards.
NOTE:  I also have RAM available, but it's currently going up in price, so
       call for a current price.  These prices are current, but prices can,
       and do change daily...so call for current pricing info.
