I've used the HP version some with BC++ 3.1.  One of the Borland libs
defines a MIN and MAX macro which conflicts with the ones defined in the
STL.  I solved this by including a #define __MINMAX_DEFINED directive
before #including any headers.  This prevents Borland's implementation
from being implemented.
Other than that, I had no problems.  Of course, I haven't come close to
exercising the full implementation, so there are no guarantees that some
won't pop up somewhere.
