I'll second that about the posibility of the Kid being "really Stupid"
It is a rare week we don't collect yet another example of criminal
intelegence.....
I used to keep a list of them as a matter of fact
Like the robber who crashed a party... Police officer's retirement party
Or the idiot who robbed the coffee shop,  there were 12 customers in the
shop, all cops, at the time.
Or the idiot who was stopped about 1/2 block from the coffee shop, the
officer gave him his ticket, his license, his insurance and reg and then
the officer returned to his assigned patrol.
The subject pulled into the coffee shop and, pulling a stocking over his
head, robbed the place.  When more cops got there the customers were
rolling on the floor laughing their s off cause it was
really rather funny.
And this is only the SHORT form of one very small part of a very long
list.
