As Mark has said the auther left before the fill binkd 1.1 spec was done..

The weird part about it is that I have a downlink that uses Irex and I dont 
have the option turned on. His system connects
here fine. We haven't been able to try the other way yet, as his got other 
issues to sort out and irex wont run in server
mode for him... At least I know what to do when he does get things fixed. #-)
