Hyya Everyone!
I am at my wits end trying to make tfw up/down load files at a
resonable rate since I got a 33.6 modem.
Everything worked hunky-dory in TFD & TFW with a 14.4 modem, now only
TFD works as expected with the faster modem.  My TELIX settings in TFW
are the same as in 3.51; seems like its gotta be a Windoze thang.  I'm
running WIN 3.11 for WorkGroups, BTW.
There is some cryptic reference to needing 3rd-party comm drivers to
support faster modems in WIN.  Is (could) this (be) the problem?
Any and all hints/suggestions appreciated.  Will respond to any
questions regarding setup(s) post-haste.
