     The file you are after is this one:
TSEJR4.ZIP    199731 10-25-95  TSE JR v4 (formerly QEdit)  - Blazingly
                               fast, multi-file, multi-window, compact DOS
                               text editor, both powerful and EASY to use.
     The archive contains full registration information including 
registry from outside the USA.  The file should be available on MANY
BBS's, probably throughout the world.  If you cannot find it in Holland,
you are certainly welcome to either download it here by logging into 
my BBS or you can file request it if you are a node or a point.  If you
do a file request the "magic" name is  EDIT.  
     BTW the basic program, in spite of the name change, is still Q.EXE.
There are _many_ new features.
