| subject: | The Origins of MooseChat |
SM> If MooseChat was "gated" to the alt.moose newsgroup, SM> and alt.moose was made available on groups.google.com SM> if your ISP does not carry it, would you be inclined to SM> participate in MooseChat on a regular basis again? Indeed. In fact, you probably wouldn't even need to do that. I have a news reader that works just fine. If I could find a nice terminal package that would do telnet under Linux, I'd have been here sooner. I don't think there are any fi-doe bbses left in Ottawa. Pity. We have nice swamps. Right now I am doing the best I can using Maximoose FED under console telnet with none of my PgUp/PgDn/End/Bsp/Del keys working right. Gronk, baby, gronk. Say, why not alt.moose.chat? --- Maximus/2 3.01* Origin: Pause-Caf‚ Kingston 613-549-5599 telnet:cafe.dyndns.org (1:249/116) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 249/116 379/1 106/1 2000 633/267 |
