The problem is a dysfunctional family relationship, if it is so, then best
follow that advice and not do business, much less anything else involved.
Carving the Tksgiving turkey may even be too much. I know what that can be. 
But realistically speaking, if you look around there are a lot of family
businesses. I know of many that keep it in the family. There probably are
just as many that do than don't.
