I disagree with you. Let me give you a purely hypothetical situation. I
have a fool proff way to carjack someone and get away scott free. I know I
can make some money on it in the criminal world, but I know in the honest
world the 1st amendment would protect me. So, I distribute the book to the
general public. Someone in your area decides to try it out, in turn killing
you. Now, was I or was I not at fault?
If nothing else, this should spurn some interesting conversation.
