Actually, post msgs about real issues, and with real cites to
 back them up.

Everyone can see, not one of you has managed to dispute even one
 point in these.

VH>>Pelosi better watch out or she'll be hanging from an offshore rig one

And this man thinks he is fit to be elected to congress?

JB> How many new teamster jobs is she blocking ? How much

 Probably none.

JB> wealth would no longer be transferred to our enemies via
JB> oil purchases and would remain here at home ? That would

 Little or none.

JB> strengthen the dollar. The liberals, like Nancy, Harry and

 JB> destroy it.

All the while this character supports the president who really
 is destroying this country.

JB> I am loving watching the republicans in the
JB> House defy the witch. They will be back tomorrow. Bring

And this is his idea of intelligent discussion.

JB> on the cameras and let's have a real discussion on drilling.

 Yes, let's.

Esp lets discuss the fact that, of that est 86 billion barrels
of oil *believe* to be recoverable from our off shore areas,
only about 25% is covered by the congressional moratiorium.
Which leads to the question, why hasn't Bush licensed the 75% he
has always had the authority to license?

Check the Bush administration energy departements report to
 congress on offshore oil.

 www.snipurl.com/offshoreoil

Or, let's talk about the construction of refineries. Let's
discuss the analyst from the American Petroleum institute, who
reports the oil companies are expanding existing refineries so
much they have added the equilivent of one new refinery every
year for the last ten years.

 snipurl.com/newrefinery

And we can wrap is up by looking at the article in the Wall
Street Journal, July 21, 2008, which reported there are more
rigs drilling in this country today than ever before.

Or the commentary in the Toledo Blade last Saturday that
reported that the proposed oil drilling will have an effect
equal to about 2/10s of one percent of the world's oil
production. IOW, no real effect on oil prices. And the Alaska
oil will probably never see America's shores once it goes aboard
those ships, going to Japan or China instead, just like Prudhoe.

Yes, let's have that discussion. Bring on the cameras.

MG> When it comes to choosing a president, the American people
MG> want to know more about a candidate than policy positions.
MG> They want to know about character, the values ingrained in
 MG> his heart.

John McCain may have been a man of character once, but he traded
his character for a shot at power.
 ...

MG> Mr. Day recalls with pride Mr. McCain stubbornly refusing
MG> to accept special treatment or curry favor to be released
MG> early, even when gravely ill. Mr. McCain knew the
MG> Vietnamese wanted the propaganda victory of the son and
MG> grandson of Navy admirals accepting special treatment. "He
MG> wasn't corruptible then," Mr. Day says, "and he's not
 MG> corruptible today."

In the 2000 election Bush supporters smeared McCain's war
record, accusing him of treason for signing a paper the North
Vietnamese used for propaganda. Most of us realized that
everyone has a breaking point, and the paper was meaningless.
However, that didn't stop the Bushites from smearing McCain.

In 2004 McCain kissed up to Bush, and supported him. Now some of
the Bushites who took part in the smear compaign are on McCain's
 campaign staff.

MG> The stories told to me by the Days involve more than
MG> wartime valor. For example, in 1991 Cindy McCain was
MG> visiting Mother Teresa's orphanage in Bangladesh when a
MG> dying infant was thrust into her hands. The orphanage could
 ...
MG> this was about. Mrs. McCain replied that the child
MG> desperately needed surgery and years of rehabilitation. "I
MG> hope she can stay with us," she told her husband. Mr.
MG> McCain agreed. Today that child is their teenage daughter
 MG> Bridget.

In 2004 Rove's people smeared that teenage daughter, pushing the
theme that McCain fathered her outside his marriage.

That smear cost McCain the South Carolina primary, and the
nomination. Above all, it was a racist smear of McCain's child.
Yet 4 years later McCain hugged and kissed up to the man Rove
worked for. In so doing, McCain betrayed his daughter.

MG> Unless he opens up more, many voters will never know the
MG> experiences of his life that show his character, integrity
MG> and essential decency. These qualities mattered in America
MG> 's first president and will matter as Americans decide on
 MG> their 44th president.

When Richard Nixon was in college he had a roommate who was a
parapalegic. Everyday Nixon would come home from class, and
carry his roommate up the stairs to their apartement.

In that Nixon showed in himself the potential to be a great man.
Yet that did not stop him from winning the election of 1972 by
breaking the law, and eventualy resigning in disgrace.

McCain sold his honor for a chance at power. If this country is
blessed he will not gain the power, and he will never regain his
 honor.

A man who betrays his family will betray anyone, and everything
 he should hold sacred.
