Which time being? As far as i understood you have no idea how long this issue
will be active, because there is no feedback from the sysop. I would agree if
the status is work in progress, i.e. sysop is back on monday.

I would agree, but as i said above, i don't see any work out yet.

Cause and effect. You can have some annoyed echomail users, offtopic echomals
and inbound netmails, or you can have one sysop and maybe his downlinks missing
a few days some mails in the LINUX echo. Being *C is always annoying, the
question is, how many do you want to annoy? ;)
