Are you an attorney? I am still quite stunned to hear that coming from an
attorney. BUT.. it's good to know who's side you are more compasionate

Hmmm.. The concept of "designed" juries was talked about during the famous
OJ trial, and I not surprised that tailored juries are still the norm in
other cases.

How long ago was that? I recall a public newsgroup apology posting in
can.infohighway from Cyber Promotions on something about their claims that
people where faking messages from CyberPromotions. But that is all. What
did AOL do, just ban their "services" through AOL?
