For some of those who have heard word "Dobson", it is primarily a
kind of telescope. Even with Dobson alive an well.

I would hate that people in future hearing or reading about
"Melbartelsian" or similar  will think this is primarily an
ancient Latin or Arabic name for a kind of observing aid and asking or
knowing little about person ( and personality) behind ( or in front) of
design.

"And if accepted,  then"  we should note that trimeldob design
though an inspired
 and elegant design is  variation on the dob theme so that "-dob-" part in
its name
should not be dropped out by no means in any variant.

Just a thought.
