Of course not. Both these drugs are used in medicine. Cocaine is used in
surgery ans also mixed with morphine for patients with pain. Methamphetamine
is used for a number of things. Only Schedule I drugs are not legal to use.
Everything from Schedule II down is used medically and is legal. You need a
prescription.
