Depends on what you are doing on Mac as far as other mouse buttons, but
right-click as we know it on PCs is control + click on Macs.

And I am one of those people that uses a "PC" usb mouse on my Mac. (Funny
enough, it happens to be a Microsoft Intellimouse, hah!) I could put up with
control + clicking, but I can't do without my scroll wheel! :P

Now, if only I would take the time to get the scroll wheel working on my Gentoo
PC...
