      My position is that IC-approval _is_ required to change any links to ZCC
at this site.  Always has been, always will!  The same applies to _any_
private echo I link, the authorized/recognized moderator decides who links
and who doesn't.

      In my opinion, it tells me that Bin Li has arranged a direct link with
Janis, the same as Renato seems to have done.  As a mail mover, I see no
problem with that, after all anyone is entitled to link for echomail with
whomever they wish, as long as it's mutually agreeable.

      For the record, I do not feed Bin Li from here, don't recall ever doing
so.  As I recall, I was unable to arrange a direct connection with him at
the time he became ZC6. I did feed his predecessor, and still feed Anatoli.
