Hallo Richard!
I can speak for Little Mikey.
RM> Sadly you did not answer the question.
What?? is not a question despite having two question marks. It is more of a
statement of confusion if I am not mistaken.
RM> "I wrote him xxxx in language yyy" would have answered the
RM> question.
Ah! Why didn't you say so in the first place. The message was a Swedish
proverb which translated to English is; "If it isn't one thing it's the other,"
said the girl with a nosebleed. I am not sure what the Austrian translation
is.
RM> If you must use the command line, please install trans and send
RM> me the output of trans text_msg.utf8
Was ist trans? I tried looking it up but I get a different result than what
you probably mean by trans. An url might be handy of where it can be located.
RM> BTW you did not have a UTF8 Charset kludge in your message.
That is correct and you will probably never see one from that node until there
is a legitimate one that actually represents reality and not some silliness
dreamt up by a Fidonet developer who never bothered to do proper research.
RM> Is Mikey and Maurice the same person?
Speaking for myself, no. Little Mikey isn't a person. However I will admit
that Maurice on 1:153/7001 does post and recently does replies for Little
Mikey. I think he does an excellent job.
Het leven is goed,
Maurice
... Huil niet om mij, ik heb vi.
