No, Dave, make it even clearer......

Try NBA, Dave or do you want to ignore that?
You overlook a heck of a lot in order to *try* to make the Celtics' immediate
future look bleak. They've got a damn good base to work with AND even if they
lose most of the 10 players that they have eligible for free agency, there's
still quite a bit of good talent that's going to be available next year
through free agency (Centers like Brian Williams and Travis Knight are going
to be too expensive for their former teams while Gheorge Muresan might find a
home away from home if the Wizards decide to utilize Webber as their main man
at center). The talent THIS year won't match what's coming out next year,
however, it's good enough.

Puhleeze, Dave. You certainly have overlooked a lot of facts in order to make
YOUR assessment. The San Antonio Spurs are proof enough how much a team can
spiral because of injuries AND next year, they'll be proof enough about how
much a team can bounce back (along with Boston) when they overcome those
injuries. If you look back through history, what happened to Boston AND San
Antonio last season has happened several times (though not as badly as it
happened with San Antonio).
