I think you're missing what I'm saying, Pacific hwy is a city street in San
Diego, it isn't a hwy and never has been, in fact when it was built it was
named Atlantic Blvd. Yeah I don't get that either. Pacific Coast Highway is
a highway and runs along the coast through at least 5 California counties.
PCH and Pacific hwy are not the same road.

California has a hwy 99 but it runs inland to Fresno and boring places like that. :)
