That's the trouble with these "standards", you never know if they're
real or fake. Like the time I tried to send .REQs but without the right
name. It's a crazy interface where the xxxxxxxx in
xxxxxxxx.REQ must be exactly the right thing but
xxxxxxxx.TIC can be anything you like,
although both look as if they're like that for a reason.
