subject: got standards if you want

PE> FM> Oh, I think I have it, although the file I've got is actually called
PE> FM> TENPOINT.TXT. I'll try it next time I've got something to send. But,
PE> how
PE> FM> do I send more than 1 file in a session, to SPECIALR using TIC? I can't
PE> FM> send more than 1 TIC file, can I put in multiple
"File" and "Desc"
PE> FM> lines?

PE> No, send in multiple TIC files. It isn't necessary to call them
PE> point_num.TIC, I just like to have that as a standard. Choose
PE> a high random number for your subsequent TIC files. BFN. Paul.

That's the trouble with these "standards", you never know if they're
real or fake. Like the time I tried to send .REQs but without the right
name. It's a crazy interface where the xxxxxxxx in
xxxxxxxx.REQ must be exactly the right thing but
xxxxxxxx.TIC can be anything you like,
although both look as if they're like that for a reason.

Regards, FIM.
