Yes, this conference is being gated to that Usenet group at 3:690/660.1000.
 No permission has ever been sought to do so, but as we've had some useful
messages amongst the dreadful spam (see "MAKE $50000" response
recently), I've so far not requested the link be cut, though I do wonder
about its utility.
