 AP> Hello Michael,
AP> Thanks for letting me know that I've been missed. I've missed
AP> everyone, too. It is truly good to be back.
AP> No, I'm afraid I haven't run accross a birthmother by the name of
AP> Tayman. What ever happened to the one you truly thought might be the
AP> Ruth you were seeking? I told you that I would be happy to make the
AP> contact if you needed me to. You just didn't get back to me about it.
Well, I didn't get back to you for a couple of good reasons. I'll explain
via Internet: mholt@freedomnet.com; send me yours.
The Ruth we found is probably my birthmother. She denied that she`d ever
had children. OK, fine: I wrote a letter apologizing for bothering her
and I said that I just wanted to let my birthmother know that I was happy and
that she was right to do what she did. And there it stands.
Mark Tetrault -- who's remained hidden since '94 -- obtained for me a copy
of my birthmother's high school annual. My birthfather, according to legend,
is in there, and there ARE a couple of guys who look like they might be
responsible...but that's in the future...
AP> Who is this person named Williamson you mentioned?
She had a child in '64. Refuses to search, and refuses to permit a search.
I'd just like to be able to know if her son is searching, because she doesn't
want to make contact.
... Some days I feel like I'm rearranging deck chairs on the TITANIC.
