I believe that you're mistaken on this; until a fetus is born (before birth
the medical term for an in vitro being is fetus) it isn't a person under
the law. That's a lot different than saying a fetus isn't human. Human is a
scientific word for our species, person is a legal term not always limited
to being a human being. I'm not sure which crackpot judge or lawyer came up
with the concept of a corporation being a person under the law but it is.
Is that wacky or what?  :)
