It has been that way for ~10 years now.  However I now need to get rid of
the utility, msged in this case, that puts the LNX in there.  Far too much
DOS-think in the Husky stuff, including msged.  It works but requires libs
that aren't part of every linux distribution and nothing else needs them. 
I personally don't like shared libs on any base system that are being used
or needed by a base system.
