Today's "ordinary everyday conservatives" are yesterday's radial,

right. I measure conservatism by the Barry Goldwater yardstick - Barry would be
considered a moderate or worse, maybe even guilty of librul leanings by today's
"ordinary everyday conservatives". Of course they will deny that
estimate - but
their words and actions give the lie to any denials in that direction
