SH> Try this in your Internet Explorer:
 SH> Tools/Internet Options/Programs/Dialup and Private Network
 SH> Settings/Settings. When you drill down that far, you will see if you
 SH> have activated Proxy Settings.

I looked under Tools/Internet Options/Programs, I see nothing about Dialup 
and Private Network Settings...


Now I'm really lost....LOL
I'll take another look in the morning when my brain is a bit more 
fresh....LOL
