This is the version you need. There was no shareware version although
there was a "working model". Technically the working model was sold for
about $10 and this was deducted from the price of the fully operational
suite. The working model did everything but save your documents.
The first time I saw 1.2 running it was on an XT with 640 K and a CGA
monitor. Impressed me sufficiently to buy Geoworks Pro (version 1.2.8
plus Quattro Pro SE spreadsheet) and I have been an Ensemble enthusiast
ever since. 1.2 also was packaged as Quick Start and I think is now New
Deal Designer, but I am not entirely sure about that last as New Deal
don't sell any of their products in Australia and are showing no
interest in doing so.
