Nancy Halliday was born on October 1945 to Margaret Halliday in India.
Nancy went into a home for orphans in India while her mother went to the
UK in '45.
Nancy is seeking her father, US GI George RICH, probably Army.  She'd like
to talk with him before Christmas.
