If you were to ignorantly (there is no other way) say: I disagree with 
all his policies, it means you have knowledge and understanding of all of
them. It also means a rather blind, unfocused dislike. (Hmmm...that reminds
me of someone...:-)
I like the phrase 'genuine disagreement', there is some of that but there
seems to be a lot more on the side of stupid insane uneducated horseshit,
not to put too fine a point on it. :-)
