I beg to doubt you heard that from a third grader ... except maybe in an
incipient wet dream you may have had. Are you denying that George III was a
hand puppet for Kool Karl and Big Dick Daddy from the wilds of Wyoming?

Given the tenor of those who call themselves conservatives today I would not
want to be tarred with that brush. Nor, I think, would Barry Goldwater. But,
hey, calling a reactionary radical totalitarian a conservative does not make
him a conservative except in his own jaundiced view.

I feel quite good about myself and have no trouble at all looking at myself in
the mirror every morning.

Not easily, and not at whim or because told to as those of the Stalinist Wing
of the Reactionary Right do.
Only those who are dead - either brain dead or physically dead are incapable of
changing their minds. Especially when faced with the facts.
