No, if Rush had gone to jail, well, he'd gone to jail.  People get away
with stuff all the time, such as Ted Kennedy murdering Mary Jo Kopechne,
and not being punished.  That was a felony too and Kennedy got away
scot-free.

So you could consider it wrong on both sides of the aisle.
