I'd say, from a logical standpoint, from the moment of conception.  It's an
organic process (which, if I remember my biology right, is scientifically
considered alive).  Now, to once again state my POV on abortion, I don't
agree with it except in the case of incest, rape or the life of the mother
is in severe danger.

(On a more personal note, the reason I chose not to have children myself is
because of potential nasty problems a child of mine could inherit from me. 
I'd rather have it die off with me.  My sister has two healthy and happy
twin daughters that are celebrating their 7th birthday on Wednesday and to
me, they're my kids too.  Heck, if we ever got financially stable enough,
I'd love to adopt an older child to give them a home.  My friend grew up
all the way through the foster care system until he was 18 and then was
given the boot.)
