  The judge threw the lawsuit out as frivilous (sp?)...and I agree. No one
is holding a gun to their head, forcing them to go to McDonald's, or any
other restaurant. The same holds true for other habits, vices, etc. No one
is holding a gun to your head to make you do these things...you make the
choice yourself. And, my fiancee', who is a diabetic, agrees with me
wholeheartedly on this.
