WWIV (the BBS source code itself), yes.

The Netxx software and NETUP, no. The source code for those programs was
never released. That was decided by Wayne Bell, when he sold WWIV Software
Services to Dean Nash.

My hope is to keep the NETxx and NETUP software up to date with needed
changes, along with WINS and let Eli and team head up the WWIV open source
side of things.
