It took a bit of persistance but I got it figured out. I changed the drop file 
type to dorinfox.def and everything started working fine. That broke one of
the IGM's local and remote though, so I kept digging. I got a copy of a
door.sys from a telegard sysop who had it working and looked for differences.
Maximus's default door.sys lists the locked baud rate at "N" so I changed it
to 115200 and it's all working fine now. Kind of hard to figure out since I
have 20 other doors using door.sys and lord itself was working fine. But it's
all working fine now  :) Thanks for the reply..
