Yes to all 3.  Chapel was in TMP as a doctor, Rand as a transporter
chief.  In later flicks Rand was also seen in the observation lounge
when the E pulled in after the battle with Khan (she's the one
who stood up in awe on seeing the battle damage).  Both Chapel &
Rand were in the command HQ in ST:IV (both with commander rank
at that point).  Kyle was seen (IIRC) on the bridge of the
Excelsior under Captain Stiles in TSFS, & again as part of Sulu's
bridge crew in TUC.  (He *may* have been on the bridge of the E-B
in Generations, but I wouldn't swear to that one.)
